The holistic massage treatments of Swedish massage, Reiki and Reflexology, can be used together to help relieve stress, sooth and balance the body. During the Swedish massage, your specialist will use five different techniques, long, gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping and vibration, which also help to improve circulation and flexibility. During the Reiki Session, with very little physical contact you will experience intense relaxation with the result of balance of energy throughout your body.  During reflexology, gentle pressure is applied to reflex areas of the hands and feet. This unique massage therapy cleanses the body and internal organs of toxins and impurities, promoting further relaxation.

 

All treatments can be done fully clothed or at your personal comfort attire level.  Areas to be worked on are from the lower back up and from the knees down.   With all sessions a pre and post-consolation will be provided.
